Are you a young women currently receiving or have previously received treatment for breast cancer?

Purpose

We are recruiting young women who are currently receiving or have received treatment for breast cancer to participate in our focus group. We want to explore the unique challenges experienced by young women with breast cancer, and see how we can help!

You are eligible to participate if you are:

  • Women
  • 18 – 45 years old
  • Currently receiving or have previously received adjuvant treatment for breast cancer (i.e., chemotherapy and/or radiation, as well as hormonal therapy such as tamoxifen)
  • Able to understand and converse in English

 You are ineligible to participate if you are:

  • Not be included in the study if there is an absence of or inability to provide informed consent

If you are eligible to participate, the study involves participating in a focus group at UBC or at the BC Cancer Research Institute. Each focus group will last about 2 hours.
